About this role
Selat Ship Management is looking for 1 Marine Superintendent(s) for a Shore-based vessel operating out of Port Klang. You will report to the Master and work on a Monday – Friday rotation.
Responsibilities
- Perform watchkeeping and daily operations in line with the company SMS and STCW requirements.
- Maintain complete records, safety checklists and reports.
- Participate in emergency drills, audits and PSC inspections.
- Mentor junior crew and cadets on board.
Requirements
- Valid Former Master / Chief Officer
- Valid JLM medical certificate and seaman card
- At least 12 months of experience in the same or lower rank
- Malaysian citizen
